I receieved the 220w solar panels last Friday and got the Delta 2 just today. Both came in as if in brand new condition with the plastic film still over the Delta 2.s screen. It was carrying a 61% charge and was fully charged in about 30 minutes. I did not have the experience that other reviews expressed of a dirty, obviously used piece of equipment. For the price I paid, I am very happy. I have yet to really try this combo out so hopefully no surprises await me.

Generator and solar panels work great! Generator was 90% charged when it arrives , and I can’t tell that it is refurbished everything looks and was packaged like it was brand new .

I ordered the EcoFlow Delta Pro Solar Generator and took advantage of the cost savings going with a refurbished unit and I was not disappointed. The Delta Pro was like new as advertised. I did have a problem with the solar panel and found the 400 watt panel was damaged. Ecoflowdirect promptly sent me a return label and once my return was received a replacement was shipped to me and received four days later. Great product and great customer experience. I plan to add on to my system and use eBay.
