This dishwasher silverware rack came broken. It is fragile and should be shipped in a box. They shipped it in a plastic bag and it was damaged in shipment. The seller now will not answer my questions and refund request. Terrible, lazy seller. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER.

The price was reasonable and the buyer shipped the item out almost immediately. The post office however sent it somewhere else so we had to wait a little longer for the item to arrive. However the item was new and well packed. We have not hooked it up as yet so I cannot say how well it works. We are hoping that it will be be a good it and work well for a long time.
