The shipment of the replacement was not so quick! Took too long, tracking number not provided till the day before it finally arrived! Ordered OCT 22, Arrived NOV 7th. This project was time sensitive. Normally this would not have been a problem. I just wish urgent calls for help could have been addressed more quickly. Still was GOOD!!!!

    Great chair

    Love the chair. Quick and easy to put together. Back support cushions are great and I love the foot rest. My only complaint but not really, is that I wish the actual seat had a little more cushion to it. Not much cushion to sit on.

    Gaming chair - not recommended.

    Simple assembly. Structure material is plastic. Arms are secured with light weight bolts. One arm broke during at the front bolt during an attempt to sit. Arms will spread during entry/exir from chair. Seat cushion non-existent. You will need to buy a gel cushion. Bolster, foot rest, and head rest useless. Max weight is 400 lbs, one pedestal leg broke during attempt to sit, I weigh 210 lbs. Chair is not comfortable, nor safe.

    Right chair for the right price.

    I bought it for my gamer man, He likes it but still puts a pillow in the seat. The leg rest was a nice enhancer that he really isn't using because he only knows how to put his feet up in bed.

    Need Updated

    It a good chair and comfortable to a point and everything on it works but the footrest. There was no information on how it works. And it not attached to the chair, so if you pull it to far, it falls off the chair. And it did not show on the assembly paper.
