It was missing the front wheel plastic plugs to cover the front wheel screws but other then that everything works fine, once you get use to the roughness of the ride on certain surfaces it's really fun. It definitely gets you where you need to go and surely beats walking! I zoom pass people walking and think to myself wow! Nice! 😂
