This item is very similar to the BrewZilla. I had an initial problem with the top screen and missing a rubber seal, however seller was very quick to respond and corrected the problem. With the corrected parts, I was able to perform my first brew.
Biggest challenge is not having a detailed manual. It will take a little experimentation to learn all the functions.
Initial brew went very well, so far good product for a great price.
I may do a video during my next brew to help others out.

The overall rating is positive. Unfortunately, the carrier mishandled the package and basically dropped the box off at our basement door and quickly dove off the property. The seller worked with me to make the transaction right with the damaged item. Great communication and great item! The slicer works great! Just don’t use FexEx at least where we live.
