This is a review about just the phone itself. It is a flip phone. No camera. Very simple to use. Folds up small so it can fit in a pocket or purse easily. Has a few ring tones. You can change what the screen says and the background colors. Has a few simple games on it. You can text with it. Buttons are smaller but not an issue to use. It has voicemail. You can use speaker mode on it. Also has a place where you can plug in headphones. Lots of different settings on it to where you can customize it to the way you want it such as you can make it answer the call when you open the phone or hit any button on the phone and it will answer the call. This can also be disabled. But lots of customization features. More features then I expected from a flip phone. Would be good for a person who doesn’t want a smart phone or know how to work a smart phone since it is simple to use. I’m very happy with the product.Read full review

Buttons are on the small size, and not so easy to avoid mistakes when using. No camera. Truth be told, this model is obsolete, and should be considered only as a backup, temporary, if the primary is lost... I got mine, with charger for under $10. Worth this much... Keep in mind, Virgin will sell you a brand new cell phone to replace this one, state of the art, with camera, and with a new battery for only $20. Same price as a replacement battery for this old phone..... Still, I had fun with this old phone. For a while.... New one replaced now...

Solid, basic phone? Make a great gift for a love one! Virgin mobile has great rate plans available and the best customer around! Period! I have bought several of these phone over the year not because of problems, I just love how easy it is to use. I saved a lot because there is no hidden fee attached to their plans. You have to get one for yourself. You won't be disappointed!
The Kyocera MARBL K127 is a basic flip phone meant for those who primarily use their phones for making and receiving calls and receiving texts. It isn't a camera phone, doesn't have a slide-out keyboard, or anything else - it's a simple phone. I bought this to replace a MARBL that I originally bought when they first came out and that suddenly developed an orange splotch in the middle of its screen when some pixels died. The size and weight are great, though the thing is a bit bulkier than a "candy bar" style phone when closed, but not by all that much. It's almost 1/3 shorter when closed, so fits quite well in pants or jacket pockets. The phone this replaces has gone through hell and high water and is still functioning perfectly except for those dead pixels on the screen. At the price you can acquire new-old-stock or used MARBLs in excellent condition there's no point in trying to repair one. I've had Virgin Mobile's lowest priced PayLo plan (10 cents per minute) for years now and was able to activate this phone on that plan today without making any changes. I had purchased a Kyocera Kona thinking I'd be able to use it, but Virgin Mobile would not swap my service to that phone without converting me to the 20 cents per minute plan, which would have been insane. If you're looking for a basic, durable flip phone that does it's job well, the MARBL is an excellent choice.Read full review
This cell phone is good for any budget and prepay option makes it simple and easy to own. The phone is easy to use with lots of features. I could find only one problem with it, it is very slow.
