The item I got delivered was not new as the listing indicated. The shirt has been washed so many times that the label is not readable anymore (see photo). Seller claimed that he didn’t know the shirt was used. In any case, never received the shipping label or a refund as promised as it appears the seller did not understood the return process. In any case, I asked Ebay to step in for a resolution.
