The chair is as described. It was easy to assemble. The only issue was not caused by the seller, but by FEDEX. They allowed the boxes to become separate during shipment, and that resulted in a delay in being able to assemble the chair. Instructions are in box 2. I recommend opening that box first. The seller offered excellent communication, overall. I would recommend both the product and the seller.
