The battery charger arrived in an undamaged box but one of the plastic feet molded as part of the base was broken and the part was in the Styrofoam packing at the bottom of the box. The base appears to be weak where the feet are formed on the base piece. Other than that, I like the charger.

Was concerned initially when my Ladder arrived. Appeared part of the system was missing. The seller explained the ladder kit was in two boxes. The other box arrived the next day. So far so good with the ladder kit. Packaging boxes looked a bit damaged but all the parts were there. So overall will give this seller an A+ for this purchase. Item as described, fast shipping, good communication when i had a question. Fed Ex was responsible for the second box delayed delivery.
