For the price they are "OK'. But tubes are "hollow" and doubtful of the pound ratings on each compared to solid tubes of the same ratings. Nonetheless suffice for my needs.

    Pieces Made Wrong, Not as Pictured

    The resistance band set straps with velcro are not functional. The velcro is at the end of the strap, instead of in the middle, so any pulling at all causes it to disconnect. The product image shows 2 sets of handles. There is only one set of handles. The seller gave me $2 back, which is not enough to replace the straps that are made wrong. The bands themselves are fine, if a little weak.

    Exercise Band Set

    Its functionality is good for what it was designed to do in the home gym. I would recommend it highly for such applications. Its durability is from 2 - 4 years depending on amount of use.
