This seller promised and charged for three day shipping; as it was, they took a week to even ship, and then used normal ground shipping which took another week to get here. The plants arrived frozen and dead. Seller promised a replacement, but almost three weeks later I'm still waiting. Seller claimed not to know how the three-day-shipping offer got on their sale description; blamed lack of communication on an ebay glitch. Still hoping for a replacement or at least my money back...
