Awful experience with this seller. Placed order, sent several messages and they responded 3 days later, apologizing and said they refunded me. 2 days later no refund. The item did end up shipping BUT they sent it to the wrong address and FedEx won't give me the address it so I can go get it. So no umbrella or my money back.
