Item was as described/pictured, and in great used shape. Good price. The seller got a little backed up on shipping, and I could see that it wasn't going to make it by the expected date, so I sent them a Karenesque message that could've easily illicited a negative response. But instead the seller apologized, politely explained the situation, and the rucksack still arrived about a week after I ordered it (with free shipping). I'm very impressed and will be buying more from this seller.

After first purchase, I saved the seller and purchased multiple items from them. All items i have received have all been in great condition. Recommend this seller, they ship out the items right away unlike some sellers i have bought from. My only problem I have is when I made multiple purchase at one time shipping wasn't offset of bundled had to pay for different shipping payments that came in 1 box. If they could bundle shipping price it would so much better interaction. Not a huge con A+
