The item was described to be in fine working condition. I received the item and at first I thought it was ok. It was not until I turned the volume of the speaker up mid to high range that I realized one of the speakers seem to be blown and it sounds terrible. I requested a refund for a faulty item and the seller denied my request after stating in the listing that it was in fine working condition! This seller does not have a lot of integrity by selling faulty product then denying refunds.

We have outstanding customer service and feedback outlining our customer first approach time and time again; this buyer purchased this item then almost 2 MONTHS after decided they wanted a refund?!?! We have and always will work with a buyer if a problem is present upon delivery, days and even a week after but over 7 weeks then a negative for not refunding a used item in buyers' possession for 7 weeks? Sellers beware of this buyer and other buyer scams!
