    Good miter saw, non sliding single bevel

    Most DeWALT power tools are of good quality, this one appears to be good as well. I was shopping for the sliding version and bought this one by mistake, but liked it so much I just kept it.

    Makes a novice like me look good

    I’m not sure what it would take to knock this thing out of square. I knowingly bought a damaged box. It looked to have been thrown out on the highway at 60 mph. It was still brand new and square in every direction. Adjustments are easy even for a beginner

    Great DeWalt product at a reasonable price.

    This is a great DeWalt saw. I used one once when the contractor working next door had this same (or very similar saw) and I needed to make some cuts that required a saw larger than my 10-inch saw. Well, my 23-year-old saw finally gave up the ghost and I seized on the opportunity to buy this saw. I have done only some minor stuff so far but this is every bit the saw I used a couple years ago and enjoyed using.
