This is the second or third pop socket I've had and I absolutely love these things. I wish they would come with a few extra adhesives discs for when I need to move from one phone to another. But they work great and have only had one break after a couple years use, and I definitely use these a lot and i highly recommended it. And this seller had a good price and shipping was fast!

Listing said open box, phone came Amazon renewed. Seller kept insisting was open box. Told me to take to Apple or phone repair shop. These phones are not open box they are refurbished. Stay clear of this seller! Horrible customer service. Also advertised as 2 day shipping, tool 5 days!

Told buyer to take to Apple or a Repair Shop to verify the phone was not a refurbished phone. Said its 2 hours to an Apple store and they have no access to a computer to plug the device in to verify. Forced to report to Ebay. Hopefully no other sellers have to deal with.

There was an issue with what was shipped and the wrong item was sent. This seller was fantastic to work with though. A refund was issued almost immediately after I sent a message, and they apologize profusely (not needed, mistakes happen).
