Had a tea stain in my carpet that wouldn’t come out. Used the Pet stain eraser and it came out. This is the first time I used this and it worked. So far so good. Seems good for small spots. I can be a little bulky around tight spots, so if you move things to give more space, it should be a very good product. I think the liquid cleaner is the key but it is a nice device to have for spots.

Fantastic machine
I was surprised it cost so little. Instead of using sprays then vacuum type carpet cleaners, all I need to do is turn on my little Green machine and run it across the carpet and I have fresh carpet!

Works well on smaller areas
It is very useful for spot messes from pets, spills, etc. on carpeted and uncarpeted stairs. Because its solution tank is so small it requires several refillings if you want to do an entire 11-step staircase. It's not a big deal, just something you need to plan out.

Good for smaller jobs.
For what I need, small pet accidents, this is a good product. I wish the suction was a little better but I did pre-treat and then used the machine. Finally finished by vaccuming the carpet to be sure I was able to get any potential remaining dried cleaning solution out of the carpet.

It seems to clean well, but the battery doesn't last long enough Even to do the whole stairwell without recharging. Small fill container, but guess you wouldn't want it heavy for spot cleaning. Overall I like it, it's better than scrubbing!
