I purchased the Jump soles on 1/11 with an expected delivery date of 1/20. I received a tracking number shortly after my purchase and have been monitoring it daily. They have not moved in the shipping history since the 12th and today is the 19th. I have reached out to the seller 3 times without a reply. Starting to believe I’ve been scammed. Either way it’s poor customer service and I’m very disappointed. These were a gift and it’s apparent they won’t be here in time or at all.
