Does not work in Ruger LCP models, poor quality
This doesn't fit correctly in the LCP 2 so you can't actually load more than 7 rounds without it causing the hold-open to engage on every round (which also jams the mag into the action so that it has to be yanked out). Given that the native extension holds 6, that makes this pointless as one extra round is not worth the potential issues (or expense). Not a good product.
