I accidentally used my former address when I placed my order. I was having trouble getting into the UPS site and let the seller know. The seller emailed me to let me know that my package was re-routed to my local UPS facility. He even called them with my new address (I’d given it to him in an email). He gave me the UPS phone number and I picked up my grandsons’ train set (for Christmas) yesterday! Excellent experience, thank you!!!
