Perfect condition, as advertised.
Product delivered as promised. All parts were included and functions as designed. The only thing I have not tested yet is the auto-reload for the trimmer line. I will have to use what is preloaded first. There was an additional trimmer precut trimmer line included with the trimmer.

I had trouble registering this product with EGO. I am hesitant to leave a review when it is brand new, but this product works great so far. I hope this brand holds true to its name and lasts like the reviews say. So far though, this trimmer is absolutely awesome!

Big time EGO products fan, love this product replacement for the price!
I wore my other EGO string trimmer out and needed a new one. Didn't want to pay retail price, so I looked on eBay and found this one. Perfect condition but no charger (which I didn't need anyway). I received the package in mere days (and it was large!). Works great!

Beware of replacing parts after 6months of use
I purchased in 2020 and used from August until September, (summer), used again from April of 2021 until September of 2021 . Now I have to replace the head because it is a non warranty part, disposable parts are not warranties except for 90 days. I now spend more time unjamming and replacing and removing head to free line . Works great when new, after that prepare to pay for repairs!
