Bought a rug for $58, was shipped with a return slip to amazon! The QR code led me to amazons seller HIFUWAN who sold the same rug for $39 and 20% off. I asked seller to partially refund or return the item. He refused and said they were not the same seller as on amazon. Amazon said I could return with them for $31 bucks (which is a current price with the discount on Amazon)! Seems like a scam. I feel cheated.
