One suggestion to improve the listing is to mention in the listing that the tickets are delivered electronically. The order generated a standard eBay notice of shipment with a delivery time of about 5 to 10 days. I thought that the tickets were coming by USPS mail since the email message from the seller got put in my bulk/spam email folder.

Had a very hard time with receiving the tickets. These were e-tickets, which I don't like to begin with. They're not as advertised in the description, and seller needs to advertise these as e-tickets so people know what to expect. They didn't arrive as fast as advertised. Once the links arrived, they didn't work on my end, but they worked on the sellers end. Communication with seller was good and he had to end up sending me the e-tickets himself from his end. What a nightmare.
