Everything went very well. From the description to the delivery. Package delivered in great shape. Did not appear to be mishandled in anyway. I charged the battery and placed on saw. Pulled the trigger and I try ran nicely. I tinkered with the adjuster and confident it should work well. The only thing is I currently don't have any time to try it out due to work schedule. I can't verify how well it works till then. If other reviews are even close to being accurate, then I believe I will enjoy it

The saw has worked well as intended. I have taken down 2 dead pine trees, a dead apple tree and a dead plum tree along with trimming back a lilac bush withe saw, The saw has, at times hade the chain come off the bar and needed to be taken apart to reinstall the chain The saw is quite easy to take apart to clean and reinstall the chain.
