The LCD was fine. Packaging great. However, it was the wrong item (the unit listed was supposed to have USB-C with power delivery - I sent in pictures). They issued a partial refund (much appreciated). I encourage buyers and sellers to expect mistakes, we all make them. The key is to find remedies quickly and easily for all. If there is no indication seller negligence, buying more product at reduced prices can also be a quick remedy.

But then simply re-iterated "ask for a return" or a "replace" (which is the same thing, but now puts the risk on the buyer for repackaging - remember, they denied their fault). I appoligized, that I could not spend more time on this issue.

    Yes great bow, sights off though

    This bow gets great reviews and I agree in terms of all around. Mine out of box was easily 18 inches off to the right, missed target all together. Had to really crank windage. Just be advised. It’s light but that’s without accu draw. Accu does add considerable weight

    Best Crossbow I've Ever Owned

    This is my third crossbow (a 2nd one from Wicked Ridge) and it is, by far, my favorite. I cannot believe how light this thing is compared to any of the others I've owned. The narrow limbs are wonderful for my hunting situation (lock-on stand hunting) and would work well in a blind - which I will try later in the season with one of my kiddos. I've seen comments about the trigger as it is not the top-of-the-line TenPoint (that T5). But, I have to say it is much better than the one I had on my other crossbows. It may depend on what you are used to but I've not been disappointed at all thus far. My one complaint was the scope and the claim that the bow was factory sighted in at 20 yards. If that is the case, well, there needs to be some quality control on that one. It was WAY off ...
