Great wheelchair but note the size
The ad text indicated that the wheelchair was for small OR medium size dogs. Well the unit was really listed by a 3rd party and they might not have realized that the mfg has different sizes for these two groups of dogs. In my case I lucked out as my dogs is about 18 pounds and right in the middle of these two groups. As a result the chair worked out fine. The purpose of my response is that if you are purchasing a used wheelchair it really needs to be the right size. Most of the listings on the websites like Craigslist don't state the size. Check before you buy. The Best Friend unit I got was excellent and well made. The ad text indicated that the wheelchair was for small OR medium size dogs. Well built, sturdy wheel chair with good adjustment options
This set of wheels is strong and well built and has several adjustment options for a good fit. It's a little complicated to get the dog in and out of it but once you get your system down it's not too bad. I recommend viewing YouTube for good instruction on this. Also, the only negative mark I would give is that there isn't a hook anywhere on the harness for a leash connect. I have to use a harness in addition to the harness on the wheelchair. This set of wheels is strong and well built and has several adjustment options for a good fit. Dog wheelchair!
This wheelchair works good for my Boston. It's a little big for him but that's my fault, I ordered it a little big. Hopefully he won't need it much longer. God bless and have patience with you buddy. You know if the rolls were reversed, they would do anything for you! Go Trump!
