The hedge trimmer looks and operates like an off the shelf item rather than anything "refurbished," once, or lightly used, as it arrived in the original box with all parts and instructions. Since I only only use a hedge trimmer 1-2 times a year, I also now have a back-up 2.5 amp battery for my Ego self feeding string trimmer. It was a win-win and savings of $125. NOTE: This one is only 24" and head on this one does not rotate, but it does the job, is lighter, and causes less fatigue.
