First, the battery is not like new or refurbished. It is in used condition. The battery life is at 85%. It was a direct pull out from the phone and nothing else. The good news is that the battery does last, it does not burn the phone like the so-called higher-powered batteries do, and my daughter's phone now works. So, although I am not happy with the fact that it is not like new as advertised, it does work. I will update my feedback if anything changes in the next couple of months.

Got exactly what I expected. Communication with the seller was very good. Delivery time however thanks to the US Post Office was terrible. 7 days late. It shouldn't take 7 days to get a small 5×7 package out of St. Louis and travel 75 miles south to my home. I had a package from ENGLAND that got here in less than 10 days. This 1 was from New Jersey. Come on US Post Office get your act together. Great doing business with you (seller). Keep up the good work.
