Fed Ex literally destroyed this package. It's the worst I've ever received. It appears to be burned, doused, and has residue powder from a fire extinguisher I believe. Unbelievable. They had to try really hard to screw up at this high level. I am more than disappointed. It arrived a day late and repackaged. This is not the sellers fault.

Accurately described with respect to both the watch and generic box (not original Citizen box). The watch is beautiful and functions properly. Seller stated .pdf manuals can be had online and I've found manuals for all my Citizen warches, not just from the seller. Quick shipping and well packed. One small suggestion - I recommend slightly better packaging! The cardboard box was ok but could have had more bubble wrap or other protective elements to minimize potential damage risks!
