    Savage extra clip

    made by savage so the fit is perfect! I have other guns that use clips and this is by far the best designed one made. The alignment is perfect and it feeds rounds like a regular box magazine. My two other guns, Browning and Winchester that have removeable clips both have feeding problems.

    Great magazine

    Fits and works better than the original

    I have a Savage .243 lightweight Hunter and this magazine fits and works better than the original. The original magazine that came with my gun I would have to hit it in with my hand but this one just pushes in real smooth and easy.

    Model #55232 Fits Savage 16 Trophy Hunter XP 308

    This is the exact replacement of the Magazine that comes with the Savage 16 TH XP. It is made of plastic on the outer portion. It has a metal inside, where it holds the 308 shells. Purchased the Black magazine, and it is the same color of my stock magazine. Fits nice and snug! Glad I purchased this extra mag, at a great price. Always good to have a spare loaded, when hunting!

    Great magazine

    This item is a improvement over the one that came with the gun. It has a spring loaded retention catch, which in my opinion is better than the plastic retention clip which came with the gun. I would recommend this item to others and would not hesitate to buy again if I needed another.
