USPS reported it is holding an item for postage. This seller "short paid" the postage on the auction item, paying for a small flat rate box but using a medium flat rate box instead; thereby overcharging me (the buyer) for shipping at auction, plus the additional charge of paying postage due. I contacted seller who replied USPS is charging for storage, which USPS agrees is ridiculous. I contacted eBay w/ both the receipt and shipping report.

I paid for the Medium flat rate box. when the package wss out for delivery on April 5th, buyer requested to hold the package at Post Office.
