The buyer didn't reported broken cap instead agree that i send him 1 pound more.He had the possibilities to return the collagen but he didn't.Plastic around the bottle is noting wrong with it is just not to spil or loose powder.The powder is fresh with 2 years shelf life and doesn't have to be sealed this is only additional cost for the seller to looks better but has no functionality.
