So far it's been a breeze to locate, find the best price and they're great on shipping. this is going in to RV & replacing a home unit. if this is you, don't feel alone. they do not work. RV toilets are internally different. the one i had needed weekly work and i will be looking forward to not having to drag a hose inside every week. stay tuned, i'll show you what i mean shortly. :-)

Item was as described but box was delivered damaged. Decided to put it together to see if anything was missing. Luckily, all the parts were there with no damage. As all other user feedback, all you have is a exploded picture to go by. If you can follow that without directions, then this is a great deal as the parts used are not cheap junk.
