    Packaging sticks to product; leaving ugly patches of paper

    The packaging ruined the product because it was packaged with a soft white paper that is commonly used in clothing. This soft white paper stuck to the loungefly bag; leaving ugly spots of paper on multiple parts of the bag. This is just like what happens when a sticker is applied to a product and then doesn't peel away properly; leaving little pieces of the sticker. Also, there was a red pen mark on the bag; the pen mark isn't okay, but i think we can remove it with the right cleaning product.
