This is a counterfeit knife, per Spyderco. The cheap S90V model offered elsewhere on eBay currently is similarly fake. The text on the blade is off (both the design/ angle of lettering, as well as the depth etched by the laser) and the finish on the blade is not correct for the Manix 2 LW MagnaCut model (should have a sort of belt satin finish, while this is more stonewashed). I very rarely give bad reviews but this is not the first time I've been sent a fake on eBay. Enough!

i'll Get Rite to the Point, i Haven't Been Able to "Verify" whether THIS Knife is Legit or if it's a Clone, -- i ONLY Have 2 "RED" Flags. -- (1) The Price was SUPER Cheap Compared to Other Sellers Selling the SAME Model. -- & (2) There WASN'T a "White-Letter" FROM Spyderco "inside" the Knife-Box Stating "Pertinent" information About THIS Knife. -- but the Knife & Knife-Box were Perfectly Packed When Shipped to me.
