    Saved Cost of New Vacuum

    Product was exact match; this is not any easy fix as the manufacturer made it difficult to remove old and replace it. Best approach is to "force" it off.

    Lots of suction but hard to push

    This vacuum has lots of suction, the problem is if you have a plush carpet like I have it is very hard to push the vacuum, and I have average to strong arms, also at times the roller brush will actually stop until you open up the air vent that will give you less suction. At that point I wonder how much dirt is now being sucked up. I would say this vacuum would be good for berber or low pile carpet's.

    Very good

    This Shark Navigator product is good but since I had the Shark Rotator, I found the Shark Rotator to be easier to use, however for the price it works great and is half the price. I believe it has more suction then the Rotator and is great if you have pets. I recommend it. My dog ate the cord on my rotator and to replace it it was going to cost $150.00 for the part as it is self contained within the unit which is crazy. I bought this one for $150.00 and I'm very happy with it. It has all the attachments too. I believes its weighs a little more but you rarely lift it. To empty the cup, you have to bend down to release the button and that annoys me as I have a bad back and on the shark Rotator it was on the top, just saying, good value for the money.

    This brush roll is a factory original part, so it should last much longer than a cheap knock off replacement part. It has saved us from having to buy a new vacuum cleaner. I am very pleased.

    Great cleaning power on carpet.

    This vacuum has amazing suction power. I was a little disappointed that the brush head was smaller than my previous Sharks but it fit perfectly on the stairs, so that I can use the brush rolls for better cleaning. I have 10 rescue animals in the house, so I had to empty the tank frequently but it did a great job picking up pet fur.
