Have not received item. Asked multiple times for tracking number or status update of my shipment. The seller initially said they would send a tracking number once the package reached the US, but it's been a month since purchase and the seller still does not have an answer as to where my package is. I have again tried messaging them multiple times in the past few days asking for an update and they have stopped responding at this point. Now I have to wait almost another month to open a case.
