    Interesting read

    Always being a student, I wanted to learn what older remedies were, as sometimes many insights are lost with modern medicine. I've learned a lot, but also found some ancient beliefs that simply aren't true. Good book over all and there is valuable ideas in the book we can use and bring relief to those that are sick/afflicted.
