    the book is has explained every care about eyes in simple language, The bok has very useful information. If the readers follow the excercises I am sure they will be beniftted immensly

    The Eyes Have it

    I bought this book a few months ago, I was very excited because it was suppose to help with bad vision. I wear glasses and I am trying to find others ways of improving my vision. I was greatly disappointed with the book. I did expect for the book to be loaded with eye exercises to improve vision, however, it wasn't. In fact, there were very few eye exercises in the book.
