Just received the item this morning today, it arrived two days late but it worth the wait! The Meta Quest 2 runs phenomenal! The quality of it was extremely good, though it is not the best graphics comparing to PlayStation VR or Meta Quest 3, but it performs its job very well and it's extremely fun. The controllers work well, the case that comes with it is very nice, everything else is pretty legit! The seller was pretty chill too! The price is worth it. I Recommended It!

Received the item promptly. Packaging was fine. As some other reviewers have stated, there was some dirt on the controllers and headset but it was easily wiped away. Controller battery doors were loose in package and one had gotten smashed and the interior peg broke, though it does not affect function or exterior cosmetics. Besides that very minor point all parts are in great condition with no visible marks or damage. Very happy with the headset, controllers, carry case, and price.

Arrived in 3 days and was as advertised. Unit was definitely used and had markings but overall decent shape. I had to factory reset the device and reconnect one controller. I thought the left controller was broken but the seller was great with support and guided me through repairing it.

    Excellent purchase

    The Oculus Quest 2 was excellent. Very easy to setup, really I had it working within minutes of taking it out of the box. There's also quite a lot of support for steam and other applications so you aren't limited, assuming your PC can run the software, to just the oculus store. All and all a great piece of hardware.

    Why I'm Disappointed

    I have a love/hate relationship with the headset for a few reasons. I love it for how advanced it is, light years ahead if the Go. I hate it for how ill fitting the headset is. Even with the Elite Strap, it's uncomfortable. And for that reason, I'm giving thr Quest 2 a 3. Meta IMHO could do better in the comfort/aerodynamics department and I'm sure they will, it's just a shame that time isn't now.

    Nice set, had a little difficulty setting up

    Product arrived quickly and in great shape for refurb used. However, there are no instructions. As a novice to VR, I am trying to get it connected and working properly with info on the Web, and it has not been easy or intuitive for me. It would be better if some instructions were included.

    This device is a must for those who wants to explore the VR world with affordable price. The Oculus Quest 2 free apps are adequate to get you started. Do not forget to operate this VR headset in a safe environment. Be aware you need to sign up a facebook account to use this VR headset which might be a trade off in giving out your personal details, otherwise the VR headset is an expensive doorstep brick :).

    Ok I’m addicted already! I’m having so much fun with this. And it gets my body moving instead of just sitting watching TV. So easy to use. And the games have tutorials on how to play them.
