Needs adjustments in design to go lower for low profile and a little more higher. Overall it's okay as jack for quickly raising the vehicle
It's seems unstable and wobbly when rasing a vehicle up. It could have been designed better to be a low profile jack to fit under vehicles that may be slightly lower than standard height. It should be more stable with a better design when raising a vehicle and a little more height added to it also.

Works as designed.
The jack works as it should. Hydraulic action is fine. The pump and release handle seem pretty flimsy. The two piece connection of the handle could have been designed better. So far it is working without issues. However, I have only used it a few times so far. So, time will tell, if it holds up.

MANUAL JACKING WORKS FINE, AIR MOTOR FUNCTION DOESN'T WORK AT ALL!
The entire reason I purchased this air/hydraulic jack was for the air-assist function. Right out of the box, it didn't work at all. The manual function works fine. I will continue to work on it and see if I can fix it, but I have decided not to buy another. I probably won't be using it enough to make it worth another purchase.
