My 87 year old friend collects Royal Doultons, and her name is "Florence". I had to find this for her. There were 2 other sellers with this item one of which was $171, more than 4 times the amount this seller charged. The item is perfect, the only missing thing is the box which was stated up front. The shipping was a little high, probably due to the amount of bubble wrap and the size box needed for the bubble wrap.
