When I received Bose headphones, I was concerned that they weren't new. I didn't trust the vague idea that these products are new but the original box was opened/is missing. I replaced a set of new headphones that were lost. The eBay headphones I received Mar. 25 feel better than the "new" ones I got from Amazon last year. Bluetooth connection is solid- the headphones look undamaged, clean and new. The one quibble I had was the flimsy-seeming recharger cable. I trust this seller now.

    Had the QC 25 for awhile before they stopped playing voices. I really liked them but these are a noticeable step up! They do all I need while riding a bus everyday. Fantastic bang for the buck.
