Need a new one as the right side on the screen says the temp is 59* for hours and I set it for -6*. It did get COLD but the screen says 59*. So 1/2 dead read out on the glass screen on the right side. It needs to be replaced or my $$$ back. A picture will show you the same I say. All box & ready to be pick up. I in need of 2 shoulder surgeries so Fed-Ex needs to pick it up. I used a 4wheel dolly to get it in a few feet from my front door to test it. So back trying to get my $ as no one tested it

I originally submitted negative feedback for this purchase due to the fact that I had received back to back units with issues. However, I have decided that due to the extraordinary after purchase support I have received from Ecoflow, I am revising my feedback. Ecoflow has been right there on every email and ebay message with a response. The have replaced my non functioning cooler with what appears to be a brand new one. The new unit is working flawlessly and I am once again a happy customer.

I ordered the EcoFlow Delta Pro Solar Generator and took advantage of the cost savings going with a refurbished unit and I was not disappointed. The Delta Pro was like new as advertised. I did have a problem with the solar panel and found the 400 watt panel was damaged. Ecoflowdirect promptly sent me a return label and once my return was received a replacement was shipped to me and received four days later. Great product and great customer experience. I plan to add on to my system and use eBay.
