It does the job
There are fancier fitness watches/bands than the M400 but it's fine for me. I am not a performance athlete so all I really need is a device that will tell me my heart rate, report the length of time I'm exercising, and give me a very detailed report when I've finished. I very much like the way the watch reports the data to an online diary and also to my Android phone. When I plug my watch into my laptop the data re synced and my watch battery is charged -- very easy. I could wear it 24/7 if I wanted to know about my sleep but that's not so important to me. All told, it's a very good choice if you're not a performance athlete that needs very detailed data about your performance. Great fitness watch with some smartwatch capabilities
Got this watch to replace my Polar Loop. I already had the HR7 heart rate monitor. Was able to quickly setup the M400 on my Polar Flow. Am able to sync quickly with my iPhone and now receive notifications for calls, messages and other notifications. It feels light on my wrist and holds a charge much longer than my Loop. For the price, I feel that I got a great value.
