Great vitamins from a quality company, Solgar. The tablets insure one gets all the vitamins and minerals needed for good health. = Not everyone may need extra vitamins, they may absorb enough from their diet. I do not ! I am allergic to wheat and absorb vitamins and minerals less efficiently than most people. This is due to the intestinal villous being deformed from wheat poisoning. = I find multiple vitamins keep me from getting colds and feel they keep me healthy in general.
