Fast shipping! I’m not convinced that what I received is genuine Obagi product. The texture was different from the bottle that I had purchased from Obagi.com. Maybe the texture is different because it’s from a different batch.? The bottle did come in factory sealed plastic. Just not 100% convinced it’s genuine.

Although, the customer service I received ordering this product was very good, I do not believe this product is the genuine product. I have been using Obagi Nu Derm Clear fx since 2005 and there are three clues that make me think it is not actually what it purports to be. First, the cream inside the bottle has the wrong texture and feel. Secondly, there is no lot # on the side of the bottle as there usually is. Lastly, the bottle is hard to open, which never happened before.
