Item exactly as described, very good condition, well packaged, shipped promptly. It got lost in transit (no fault of seller). Tracking first showed the item made it to a city close to me, so I knew seller had shipped it. But then most tracking history disappeared, only showing it still near seller's location. So I messaged seller asking to trace with shipper. Seller responded right away, initiated trace, and followed up until I received it two days later. Otherwise perfect transaction!
