These guys genuinely care about the customer. When I received a guitar I ordered. I plugged it in and it had a very obnoxious clicking sound and no guitar sound at all. I communicated this with the merchant. And they were very attentive and concerned as well. I took the guitar to a local shop and they fixed it for a reasonable amount. I told this merchant about the cost and they refunded double what I paid for the repair! All merchants could take notes from these guys! I will order again!
