It appears a bad review is the only recourse I have. I purchased a bottle of shampoo from this seller. When the shampoo arrived, it had been opened and was not new, the safety seal was broken and it had been opened. I have never given a bad review, but it appears this is my only option. I wrote the seller TWICE, I sent pictures TWICE and got no response. I suggested a refund would be in order, no response. Needless to say, I will never buy from this seller again.

This "recourse" is completely unnecessary. I assured the buyer "we will come up with a solution," immediately after they wrote me. After two weeks without a response they messaged me again, did not give me time to reply, instead leaving this negative review. I sell Maxxam products all the time at a very reasonable price, package them well, send them (unopened) in one business day, and never have a problem. If there is an issue I work with the buyer without hesitation to make a solution.
